Performance Agreement

Deposit = Date Lock 

You secure your event date with $500 deposit. Payments can be made via Venmo or check. 

Checks can be made out to Kaleb Woods and mailed to 4601 35th Ct E Bradenton, FL 34203.

This deposit counts toward your total fee.
 

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
 

Cancellations

Client cancels: Deposit is forfeited.

Performer cancels: You get your deposit back.
 

Electronic Agreement

By typing your name in the signature field, you’re agreeing to this contract.
